Boiler Beach from Kincardine ON announces the release of their new Christmas Album, Merry Merry. Known for stunning vocals and mixing genres in their original releases, Boiler Beach re-imagines 6 Christmas classics in different styles and adds a heartfelt original to their first album. This festive collection of songs has a little something for everyone, with tracks that evoke many styles, from pop-punk to sweet piano, from ska to rockabilly, and more. The first single from the album, the Boiler Beach original track “Christmas by The Lake” tells the story of moving to a peaceful lakeside town from the bustle of the big city, and appreciating all of the good things at Christmas time.

All members of the band (Andrea Matchett, Terry Marsh and Mike Stopford) contributed ideas and performances to the tracks, taking on different roles from track to track.

As with all of Boiler Beach’s releases, this album has been produced in-house at Andrea’s SUAP Productions with the help of veteran producer Justin Angell and editor Corey Platten.

Boiler Beach have been honing their writing, recording and performance chops after coming together in 2019 and have since performed at several large festivals including the Barrie Waterfront Festival, Port Elgin Pumpkinfest, Waterloo Strummerfest, Sauble Beach Sand Fest, Goderich Sunset Festival and the Kincardine Scottish Festival. Their high-energy live show combines great music with terrible jokes and entertains crowds of all ages for hours with their unique sound, look, and stage show.
