Maddy is the Director, Membership & Industry Relations at the Canadian Live Music Association, the voice of Canada's live music industry. Recently, she has founded Young Music Professionals, a network for music business leaders aged 35 & under, with the vision of nurturing a strong future for the industry through a clear, accessible, and supportive career pipeline. Maddy discovered at an early age that her place was enabling more talented creatives to shine and she has since worked in music education, film, theatre, and arts advocacy.
