Setting The Stage - Deadline This Friday

Applications for Setting the Stage close this Friday, November 29th!

This exciting pilot program, sponsored by RBC, offers up to 10 micro grants (1 per recipient) to support CLMA members—independent venues, promoters, and festivals—in hosting live music performances and providing mentorship to emerging Canadian artists.

With the deadline a few days away, now is the time to take advantage of this opportunity to:

Create career-building opportunities for emerging artists

Offset financial risks for your programming

Help audiences discover fresh, local talent

The proposed live music performance and mentorship activity must take place between January 15th - March 1st, 2025 and can be a new or pre-existing booking. Applications will be accepted from independent CLMA-member promoters, venues, and festivals, in partnership with the chosen artist(s).
